These Terms & Conditions form the basis of the agreement between the client (“the Client”) and Starca Designs (“the Supplier”). By placing an order, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Payments & Booking Fee
1.1 A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure the Client’s date.
1.2 The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance.
1.3 The remaining balance is payable in full prior to printing commencing.
1.4 Payments are accepted by BACS transfer or cash only.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Booking fees are All Non refundable.
2.2 Once design work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
2.3 In the unlikely event that Starca Designs cancels an order, all payments made by the Client will be refunded in full.
2.4 Should the client reduce numbers, quotes will be revised as some small print runs have extra cost to supplier.
2.5 Any cancellation of products prior to order being confirmed will be charged at the full rate. The supplier will already have ensure no other orders could be taken, there for this compensates loss of business.

3. Proofs & Client Responsibility
3.1 Proofs are supplied electronically in PDF format.
3.2 The Client is solely responsible for checking all details, including spelling, grammar, names, and dates.
3.3 Starca Designs recommends that at least three individuals review proofs before final approval.
3.4 Any amendments must be submitted in writing via email.
3.5 Once the Client has approved the final proof, Starca Designs accepts no responsibility for errors. No reprints or refunds will be offered once approval has been given.
3.6 Where an error is made by Starca Designs, a corrected reprint will be supplied at no additional cost.

4. Minimum Orders
4.1 Starca Designs do not have a minimum order. However smaller volumes and print runs do have Higher costs. Please contact us directly for a quote.
4.2 The above may also apply to additional invitation requests made after orders are complete.
Starca Designs suggests that clients order between 5/10 extra invites per suite.

5. Colours & Printing
5.1 Colours displayed on-screen may vary slightly from printed items due to differences in screen calibration and print processes.
5.2 Minor variations are not considered defects, and Starca Designs cannot guarantee exact colour matching.
5.3 Bespoke inks, finishes, and handmade processes may result in slight variations between items.
5.4 Any short notice print requests may incur a small charge. Please get in touch for information.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
6.1 All artwork, designs, templates, and files remain the intellectual property of Starca Designs.
6.2 No part of any design may be copied, reproduced, edited, or distributed without prior written consent.
6.3 Digital files will not be provided unless expressly agreed in writing.
6.4 Starca Designs reserves the right to take legal action in cases of unauthorised reproduction or use.

7. Consultations
7.1 Consultations are by appointment only.
7.2 Each Client is entitled to one complimentary consultation. Additional consultations may incur a fee.

8. Delivery & Shipping
8.1 Orders are shipped once they have passed quality control checks.
8.2 Delivery charges are applied at cost to the Client and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
8.3 Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or courier services.
8.4 Starca Designs accepts no responsibility for delays, damage, loss, or customs charges once goods have been dispatched.
8.5 Worldwide shipping is available upon request.

9. Use of Designs & Promotional Rights
9.1 Starca Designs reserves the right to use images of completed stationery for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the company website, portfolio, and social media.
9.2 If the Client does not wish their stationery to be used in this way, they must notify Starca Designs in writing at the time of booking.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland
