Booking Your Wedding Stationery – How it all works!

Planning a wedding is exciting – and your stationery should be, too! From save-the-dates to on-the-day details, I’m here to make the design process easy, personal, and totally tailored to your style. Here’s how to get started:

1. Get in Touch

Send me a message via the contact form or email with your wedding date, what stationery you’re looking for (e.g. invitations, signage, menus), and any inspiration or ideas you have. Don’t worry if you’re not sure yet – We can work together and I’ll help you figure it all out. You can also pop along and see me at wedding shows to have an informal chat.

2. Let’s Chat

Come along to the studio for a consultation, to talk about your theme, colours, design preferences, and budget. I’ll also walk you through timelines and options.

Remember you can make your stationery as personal as you like, I can include family, pets, quotes etc. As well as this we can also discuss your luxury finishes, such as foiling, wax seals, acrylic initials and even embossing!!

3. Quote & Proposal

I’ll send you a personalised quote based on what we discussed.  If you’re happy to go ahead, a deposit secures your booking in my design calendar.

4. Design Time

This is where the magic happens! I’ll start designing your stationery and send you digital proofs to review. You’ll be able to request any tweaks before we go to print – your approval is everything.

5. Proofs

Please double and triple-check your proofs carefully before approving them for print – this part is so important! Once you’ve signed off on the final design, Starca Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect details, or layout issues. We recommend reviewing everything with fresh eyes and even asking a friend or family member to look it over too – a second pair of eyes can make all the difference. Your stationery is such a special part of your day, and we want to make sure it’s absolutely perfect!​

6. Print & Delivery

Once you’ve approved the final designs, your stationery goes to print. I’ll quality-check everything and package your order with care, ready for collection or delivery straight to your door.
