Frequently Asked Questions

No question is silly! Honestly, if I had a pound for every time I heard that, I’d be laughing all the way to the bank.

So please, ask away — here are some of the most common ones to get you started:
---
When should I book?
It’s never to early...  I fill up really fast especially during peak wedding season. Even if you haven't decided on your style, you can secure your date and choose a design nearer the time. This gives you peace of mind that your date is secure.

BUT......If you have left it a wee bit late, don't worry I will do my best to accommodate.

When do I send Save the Dates?
Usually around 12 months before your wedding, or earlier if you have lots of guests travelling from abroad.

How many save the dates and invites should I order?
Remember, you need one per household, not per guest. I always recommend ordering a few extras just in case.

I normally suggest around 10 extra.

Do you have a minimum order?
No!  I have even made 1 invite for a small wedding. Small weddings are becoming increasingly popular.

Are smaller amounts more expensive?
They can work out a little dearer per piece, simply because of the setup time and print costs involved, but we’ll always give you clear pricing upfront.

What’s the best way to get people to RSVP?
Make it as easy as possible! Gone are the days when people would rush to post back.
A qr code leading to a wedding website, a wedding email or a simple telephone number are the best options.

What time should I have my ceremony?
This depends on the kind of day you’re planning. Think about travel time, photography, and how long you want to party afterwards — I suggest discussing this with your transport provider and Photographer.

Do you post?
Yes! I can post within the UK and internationally.

Postage costs depend on the size and weight of your order.

I price the best courier option for you and confirm the shipping cost with you.

What's included with my invites?

All invitations come with an Rsvp card and Main envelope. Information cards can be added at an additional cost.
